Guide to Understanding a Project Geotechnical Report (12:30pm – 2pm Eastern)
This SE University BIM Forum session was the second in a 3-part series meant for structural engineers and managers who use Revit Structure for viewing/printing purposes, but are not as familiar with modeling in the program. This second session addressed the basics of the graphic displays within Revit Structure. Presenter Betsy Werra, of E.L.Werra Consulting, LLC, focused on a number of items, including using 2D and 3D components, explaining the types of families used in Revit, displaying of symbols and annotation, and showing various areas of the Revit Structure model within views and sheets. Additional topics related to graphic display settings were presented as well.
