Knowing fundamental techniques for bracing connection design can simplify and expedite the process. This SEU presentation will highlight the basic concepts needed for efficient design as well as useful tips for optimization. Current industry trends in fabrication and erection to reduce connection cost will also be highlighted, along with case studies from actual projects with solutions to project blockers. Commonly used corner, base, and chevron connections will be included.

  • Identify solutions to common project concerns.
