SE University has compiled an Initial Submittal Review Checklist to highlight 6 key items for structural engineers to review when first receiving any construction submittal. The Checklist is only one page, and can be posted up at your desk for quick reference when you are receiving a large number of submittals for your review. We hope that building a habit of performing these quick checks will reduce your review turnaround time, and allow for greater collaboration with the General Contractor and/or your client.
