This SE University session was Part 2 of a two-part series on anchors, and focused on certification of installers and inspectors, discussed the design of anchors and how to specify/procure anchors, and reviewed compliance testing. During this session, Donald Meinheit, PhD, PE, SE, of Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., discussed these issues and provided practical background for specifying anchors on contract documents.
