There are nearly endless options for making drawn deliverables more concise and clear within the Revit toolset. This SEU BIM Forum will focus on these types of tools with the Object’s Appearance in mind. During the presentation, speaker Betsy Werra will demonstrate the Object Settings that affect the look of the elements displayed in plan, section, elevation, and 3D views. An extensive array of Graphic Setting tools will be discussed, including materials, fill patterns, line styles, and many others. Betsy will also address the process to create renderings, and provide guidance on enhancing the 3D view by using such tools as model display styles, transparency, silhouettes, shadows and lighting, background and photographic exposure.
