Guide to Understanding a Project Geotechnical Report (12:30pm – 2pm Eastern)
This SE University BIM Forum seminar proposed a workflow that could be used to establish better processes for project collaboration in Revit Structure 2015, including the steps that should be taken before structural modeling begins. During the session, Betsy Werra provided a step-by-step process for coordinating existing Architect/MEP information into a Revit Structure project by using tools such as Copy/Monitor, Worksharing, View templates, and Project relocation. A sample project was used to demonstrate the discussion items, and all attendees received access to a checklist that could be used to help establish internal processes for improved project collaboration.
