In December 2025, SEU welcomed back Carine Magalhaes Leys, from WSP, to present The Design Arc of Post-Tensioning. Carine has designated City Hope SF (City Hope SF | HOME) for our SEU Speaker Inspires donation for the month.
Carine chose City Hope SF because her daughter is a frequent volunteer at City Hope SF and it is dear to her heart. City Hope SF offers multiple programs to the community in San Francisco including meal programs, a cafe which offers free coffee and a resting place, as well as a short-term resident program offering housing to those who have completed an inpatient recovery program.
